Chili:
Mommy's Meat Sauce
2 tbs Cumin
2 tbs paprika
2 tbs chili powder
2 cans kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn (optional)
The second part of this dual dinner is Chili. You simply take your left over Mommy's Meat Sauce and place it in a crock-pot with 2 tbs each of cumin, paprika, chili powder. Then rinse and drain 2 cans of kidney beans, 1 can of black beans and an optional can of corn (if you are on the 24 Day Challenge, you should skip the corn). Add the beans and corn to the crock-pot and mix everything together.
Set your crock-pot to low and walk away. (Between work and my commute everything I put in the crock-pot has to stay there for 10 hours, however this recipe will be ready to eat after 6 hours).
Serve over brown rice or with a brown rice pasta for Chili Mac!
