Healthy Churro Chips Recipe


Churro Chips are a gluten free, vegan and a clean eating recipe that are broiled and not fried!! They are made with coconut oil and coconut sugar making them a much healthier choice than other chip options!

Ingredients:
10 Corn Tortillas
1/4 cup coconut oil
4 tbs coconut sugar
2 tbs cinnamon
 
Preheat the oven to broil at 500 degrees. Then melt the coconut oil and mix in the cinnamon and sugar. Cut the tortillas into triangles and place on a cooking sheet. Brush the oil mixture onto the tortillas and then broil for 5 minutes. Flip the tortillas and broil the other side for an additional 5 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!!
