Oven Baked Chicken Fingers with Double Dipping Sauce



Oven baked chicken fingers with buffalo dipping sauce and honey mustard dipping sauce is super easy, can be made in 30 minutes and is a crowd pleaser. You can pair the chicken fingers with oven baked french fries as shown above or make Sweet Potato Fries as a healthier option.


Ingredients:
Chicken Tenderloins
Gluten Free Panko Bread Crumbs

Place the chicken and bread crumbs in a gallon ziploc bag and shake until the chicken is coated. Not all of the bread crumbs will stick, but you just need them to be lightly coated. Place the chicken on a cookie sheet covered with foil. Spray a light coating of cooking spay on the foil before adding the chicken. Bake the chicken at 350 for 25 minutes.

Buffalo Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup Hot Sauce
1 tbs Margarine or Butter

Melt the butter and stir in the hot sauce.

Honey Mustard:
1 tbs Honey or Agave
3 tbs Mustard

Stir the honey and mustard together.
